Barakken is a short-stay complex with 14 high-quality studios.

The studios are furnished and inspired by the origin of the area in a modern and industrial style.
All studios are equipped with a luxury kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, rain shower and sink. The living is practical and has a sitting area, dining area and sleeping area. Th studio’s are equipped with a box spring (120 x 200 cm). The upholstery is finished to a high standard, with industrial floor and blackout curtains.
Barakken is located down town Wyck, 200 meter from the NS station in Maastricht. The complex is equipped with a modern intercom installation, a large staircase with elevator, there are washing machines & dryers for shared use, a bicycle shed and a garden for combined use.
The all-in rental price is including g/w/e | WiFi | furnisher | and additional service costs.
